Type “TargetReleaseVersionInfo” (without quotes) and press Enter to make the entry.
If you don’t see it, then right-click anywhere blank on the right pane and choose New > String Value. Once again, on the right pane, double-click the “TargetReleaseVersionInfo” entry. However, if your device has received an invitation, upgrading is easy. As of this writing in November 2021, Microsoft is not forcing any Windows 10 users to upgrade to Windows 11.
